Whoever Controls The Volume Of Money

Posted by | July 22nd, 2009

“Whoever controls the volume of money in our country is absolute master of all industry and commerce… and when you realize that the entire system is very easily controlled, one way or another, by a few powerful men at the top, you will not have to be told how periods of inflation or depression originate.”

– James Garfield

James Garfield, our twentieth president, took office on March 4, 1881; sadly, he was shot on July 2, 1881, only weeks after making the above statement. He died from the gun shot wound on September 19, 1881.

In fact, this site shows the fates of others who have tried to shake up the monetary system in The United States.

It is “very sad” that the ones who seem to care about the people, over the special interests of some elitists who pull the country’s or world’s purse strings, often are the ones who do not live a very long life.

They can be an example to those of us who seek liberty and justice over riches and tyranny.
