Inflation Is Not Caused By The Actions Of Private Citizens

Posted by | December 12th, 2012

“Inflation is not caused by the actions of private citizens, but by the government: by an artificial expansion of the money supply required to support deficit spending. No private embezzlers or bank robbers in history have ever plundered people’s savings on a scale comparable to the plunder perpetrated by the fiscal policies of statist governments.”

The Fed is truly the biggest bank robbers of all time. Will they ever pay the price for this crime or will it always be the private citizens that pay that price?

It’s not an easy question to answer Thomas. If we could get a substantial majority of “Libertarians” in Congress, I think we could abolish The Federal Reserve. But, as long as we have this current class of politicians, I don’t see much deviation from the statist-, I mean, status-quo. Sadly!
