de Tocqueville was spot on! Laws and Government, mostly, should leave off at the point to which their Civil and Constitutional duties have been enumerated. Common sense, and morality, can not be legislated, and is the point to where private citizens, via family, communities, charities, churches and synagogues, should step in.
